Yet, in making that choice, I discovered a peace that surpasses all understanding—a peace that comes from aligning one’s life with the eternal, unchanging standards of God.
This experience illuminated for me the true nature of righteousness. It acts as an impenetrable armor, shielding us from the enemy’s schemes.
Our integrity becomes a fortress, our commitment to God’s truth, a weapon. It’s not by our might but by the righteousness of Christ within us that we stand firm, unshaken by the trials and temptations of this world.
Righteousness is not a burden but a blessing. It frees us from the tyranny of sin and the fleeting pleasures of compromise.
